SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping Rates (United States): Shipping costs are calculated based on product size and weight:

• Small items: $6.90
• Medium items: $9.90
• Large items: $15.00
• X-Large items: $25.00
• XX-Large items: $40.00

International Shipping: We currently ship primarily within the United States. International shipping may be available to select countries - contact us at info@collectiblesclub.shop for inquiries.

Packaging: All collectibles are carefully inspected, photographed, and packaged with premium protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Fragile items receive extra padding and reinforced packaging.

Tracking: All shipments include tracking. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Shipping Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@collectiblesclub.shop with photos and your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
